An early childhood education provides the building blocks for all future learning. This is the primary way we provide the “Good Beginnings that Last a Lifetime!” In our Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten programs, your child will grow, develop, and learn in a hands-on atmosphere where we build and develop skills, manners, and faith in God.
Pre-Kindergarten
Our Pre-Kindergarten program consists of a classroom for 3 year old children, and two classrooms for 4 year-old children. Your child must be 3 or 4 by September 30 of the current year in order to be enrolled in the SNSM Pre-K.
Parents may choose from three days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday) or five days a week. Parents may also chose to send their child for a half day (mornings from 8 to 11:30 am) or full days (8am to 2pm). Aftercare is available to all students in the school to accommodate working parents.
When you enroll your child in the SNSM Pre-K program, you will be investing in the following for your child:
- Age appropriate faith formation
- Regular attendance at school Masses
- Emphasis on social-emotional development and problem solving skills
- Education of the whole child
- SMART Board activities
- Outside playtime and exploration
- Learning experiences to help develop fine motor-skills
- Participation in the school’s annual Christmas Concert
- 2-3 field trips per year
- Daily rest time for full-day students
- Attendance at regular school activities such as guest speakers, pep rallys, the school musical, etc.

The gift of a SNSM Pre-K experience is one of the best gifts you can give to your child!
Kindergarten
Our Kindergarten program is designed for students who turn 5 years old by September 30 of the current year. Our Kindergarten program builds upon the social, emotional, and spiritual development that our Pre-K began, along with helping children grow in their early literacy skills and early math skills.
Kindergarten children receive daily instruction in religion, math, reading, english, social studies, and science. They also enjoy music, art, phys. ed., library, and technology class.

Our Kindergarten teachers strive to give their students a hands-on learning experience in a faith filled and loving environment, where every child is cherished as God’s gift.
