Steps to Complete Registration
We’ve made the registration process simple and straightforward. Here’s how to complete the transfer process:
1. Complete an Inquiry Online
Start the process by completing our online inquiry form on the website. This will help us gather some initial information about your child and your family. The form can be found here.
2. Look for an Email with Instructions
Once we receive your inquiry, our admissions team will review the details and send you an email with instructions on how to proceed with the full registration process. This email will also include a link to the registration portal, where you’ll be able to provide additional information and upload necessary documents.
3. Schedule a Meeting with the Principal -(required for 5th through 8th Grade transfers)
This can be done at any time, even before you submit your registration. During this meeting, both the parent(s) and the child will have the opportunity to meet with the principal, ask questions, and discuss any specific needs or considerations for the transfer. Please bring your child’s most recent report card and standardized test scores.
4. Receive a Welcome Letter
Once your registration is complete and reviewed, you will receive a formal welcome letter confirming your child’s enrollment at St. Nicholas-St. Mary School.
